DSM is Hiring a Quality Control Manager Near Exton, PA
- Responsible for management and development of the QC Lab and personnel Develop, document, and implement QC Procedures. Ensure prioritization and schedule work through the QC lab.
- Responsible for GMP and ISO manufacturing compliance. Analyze non-conforming materials and returned goods and recommend disposition and corrective actions.
- Determine acceptability of root cause analyses related to non-conformances.
- Define and procure QC equipment.
- Responsible for QC custom fixtures and test methods.
- Responsible for SPC definition and trend review.
- Responsible for Inspection Tool Qualification.
- Responsible for producing product certifications as required by customers.
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, analyze data and generate summary reports.
- Generate and distribute periodic quality performance reports.
- Authorized to release and transfer in-process and finished material for sale, distribution or further use.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience within the medical device field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Quality Control, preferably in Medical Device Manufacturing.
- Minimum of 5 years experience with quality measurement processes and systems in a regulated environment (life science) within an international fast growing/changing environment.
- Knowledge of Quality standards, ISO13485 & MDD, FDA Regulations & Guidelines such as 21CFR820 and GMP/QSR.
- Excellent knowledge of Quality Control processes and methods, continuous improvement processes and quality systems.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
