Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and report on a continuous improvement multi-year plan for the sites in scope.
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement ‘health checks’, performance diagnostics and other workshops on sites as needed.
- Coach and develop site facilitators for the sites.
- Organize and lead continuous improvement training such as yellow belt.
- Participate in Group and Business Unit Continuous Improvement Networks as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or a technical discipline.
- Good knowledge on continuous improvement deployment methodology, tools and practices.
- LSS Green Belt certified preferred plus Project and Program Management skills
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing/operations required
- Relevant Operations Experience in the food, chemical or processing industry preferred
- Experience with executing continuous improvement or cultural change projects on the shop floor
