Position SummaryDSI Tech is seeking a NOC Network Technician for our expanding company. This is a full-time position and the shift requirement is days, evenings and night. We are committed to ensuring employee satisfaction through our benefits program and fostering a friendly, team-based culture.Position ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an ideal candidate who can efficiently handle basic CISCO network administration tasks such as configuring CISCO routers and switches, patch cabling, modifying existing CISCO switches, and performing switch upgrades. The candidate should also be able to monitor network hardware to ensure routers, switches, firewalls, and remote technologies operate smoothly. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming calls, diagnosing network and server issues, and providing solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will also assist in conducting client site infrastructure surveys to assess the current IT infrastructure.

Will monitor network activity, identify and resolve issues, and support clients.
NOC Technician will design and implement computer and information networks, install and maintain network infrastructure and collect network performance data.
Other responsibilities include replacing hardware and replacing software or firmware, backing up critical data, installing and configuring software, configuring network security, and overseeing operations.

Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge

A minimum of two years' experience as a NOC Network technician.
Certified Cisco, CompTIA (CCNA certified or CCENT Certified) preferred.
Bachelor's degree in network engineering or information technology or an equivalent combination of formal education, training and related job.
Successful candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
