Primary responsibilities:

· Respond to customer support and service call requests.

· Open and escalate tickets with vendor support groups, and follow to completion.

· Maintain required paperwork: checklists, audit workbooks and ticketing systems.

· Document change management process and production changes as necessary.

· Propose solutions in a team setting, backed by factual analysis.

· Strive to minimize total systems cost, while maximizing production.

· Use leadership to diagnose and assist with issues.

The ideal candidate is someone with strong application skills coupled with a desire to develop technical credentials by building detailed knowledge of Windows features, and learning functions related to domain membership, networking, IP device management, and other advanced technical skills.

Travel is expected to be around 20% with mileage fully reimbursed
