As a Lead Restoration Technician, you'll be responsible to work side by side with the Mitigation Service Team restoring buildings that have been damaged by Water, Fire, Mold, or other causes.
In this role, you'll work closely with our team members to perform a variety of tasks such as removing and demolishing materials that cannot be restored, extracting standing water, and cleaning up affected materials and areas at job sites. You'll also be responsible for executing job action plans, manipulating contents, working in confined spaces, and utilizing power tools, among other things.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be physically fit, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. You'll also need to be able to think on your feet and make sound decisions to ensure that projects are completed.
