DRYmedic® Restoration Services is looking to add two Estimators with Xactimate experience to our growing team. The perfect candidate must be someone who is compassionate and wants to make a difference by helping others in need.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delegate workflow for foreman, lead technician, and technicians
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor & track progress
• Write own scopes and manage within schedule/budget with Xactimate
• Coordinate internal resourced & third parties/partners for the execution of projects
• Manage reporting for clients portfolio
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• New acquisition of clients
• Attend meetings, conferences & training as to maintain proficiency

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 plus years experience in recon construction and/or mitigation such as water, fire, mold is a plus
• 2 plus years sales Experience
• IICRC Certified is a plus
• Must be able to lift,push, and pull 30 lbs
• Valid drivers licence
• Clear background check
