We are searching for a skilled person experienced in the tree service field. The duties for the position that needs filled include:

Removals ,Pruning, General maintenance, climbing and Bucket truck operation

The position will also require the leading of our tree service team. Safely and efficiently leading the crew. setting up the job sites, ensuring proper use of equipment and communicating with staff, clients and owners. Must demonstrate efficient use of time, and equipment. Exhibit a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

We are a growing tree service company. We trim, remove, and take down trees. We use bucket trucks, climb, use chain saws and brush chippers and stump grinders. Need to be familiar with and able to perform : crown reductions, thinning, take downs, thinning, and dead wooding.

-One year of experience climbing, bucket and leading

-One year experience with chain saws, cutting, maintenance proper cuts, etc.

-Demonstrate proper climbing techniques, use of approved knots and rigging techniques

-Transportation to and from work

-Ability to come to work everyday

Need to possess a valid VA drivers license with the ability to obtain a CDL. Ability to do physical labor. Duties will also include driving, pushing, pulling, dragging limbs. Feeding brush into chipper. Stump grinding and clean up, raking, and sawing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
