Job Description:

The Field Supervisor will support our Production Manager in overseeing various aspects of roofing and siding projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect roofing and siding jobs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage subcontractor crews, ensuring adherence to timelines and contract specifications.
• Deliver materials to job sites promptly and efficiently.
• Perform minor warranty repairs as required.
• Assist in scheduling and project coordination.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on all job sites.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors to maintain project transparency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in roofing, construction, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Salary Expectations:

The average salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This position also offers potential for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
