Same Day Restoration is hiring an Project Manager/Estimator as a full-time position..

We are seeking a highly motivated, disciplined and organized individual who can join our growing team as a Project Manager to oversee projects through their life cycle, from Mitigation to Reconstruction. We will provide all the tools needed for this individual to succeed.

Must have Restoration Industry experience in mitigation and reconstruction, have a understanding of insurance claims process and have a good working knowledge of Xactimate estimating. If you are looking for a career opportunity with a company that offers great growth potential and a clear pathway to a higher wage in the future, then this may be a good fit for you.

The project manager is responsible for estimating the project in Xactimate and ensuring that each mitigation project is completed in a timely manner, within or under the estimated budget and to the client's satisfaction. The project manager needs to; but not limited to write mitigation, packout, and reconstruction estimates.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on selling new job opportunities as well develop client base.
• Estimate projects using Xactimate software on residential and commercial water, fire, mold, and reconstruction projects
• Sketching and Scoping
• Negotiating restoration services and insurance claim settlements
• Manage budget on jobs to ensure margins are met.
• Work closely with team to plan, organizing and managing crews and subcontractors
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
• Attending all appropriate company meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• 2 years in emergency restoration and/or construction is a plus
• 2 years Xactimate experience is a must.
• Previous experience in the restoration industry to include water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong sense of urgency
• Effective time management will be essential
• We work Monday – Friday 7-5 and respond to emergency calls 24/7
