Under the management of the Inventory Analyst Lead this newly created position will be responsible for all inventory accounting functions at all of our third-party warehouses, contract manufacturers and our internal warehouse. You will work closely with our supply chain team to ensure accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing inventory analysis reports and analyze variances
• Responsible for the improvement of internal controls related to inventory
• Verifying accurate standard costs
• Monitoring inventory transactions at 3PL’s and CMO’s
• Monitor inventory transactions and reconcile inventory accounts to the general accounting ledger.
• Analyze, interpret and summarize Sales and Cost of Sales activity.
• Analyze Freight activity and research variances.
• Prepare monthly accounting journal entries and year-end accounting audit schedules.

The successful candidate possesses:

• A minimum of four years’ experience as an inventory analyst or accountant.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• An understanding of GAAP in relation to inventory.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• NetSuite experience a plus.

Location: Pine Brook, NJ Hybrid Office M-Th (remote Fridays)
