Drs Moss and Owen is Hiring a Front Desk Administrator Near Camden, SC

Our private dental practice is seeking an experienced, and well versed Front Desk Administrator to join us for a full-time position Monday-Thursday, 8:00 - 5:30. We provide a wide scope of dentistry to our patients including General, Preventive/Perio, Cosmetic Restorative, Endodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, and Implants. The ideal candidate would have experience in Dental or Medical Office management. A willingness to learn is a must.

As the front desk administrator, you are an integral part of our care team. You will be in charge of keeping our production schedule full - at maximum capacity- Hygiene and Restorative, confirming appointmets no less than 48hrs prior to scheduled appointment time. Employ strategies to limit failed/broken appointments and enforcing our practice cancellation policy. You will be primarily responsible on maintaining walk out collection ratio and process payments and enforce our practice financial policies. You will file all claims either online or by mail. You will be assisting the dentist and office manager with day-to-day tasks involved in maintaining a successful practice. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all public areas, including lobby, reception desk, and patient's restroom daily. This will include vacuuming/sweeping, straightening furniture and reading materials, emptying all trash in the front of the office on a daily basis. REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 Years or more experience in dental/medical practice management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with EagleSoft

COMPENSATION

  • Pay will be negotiable based on experience.
