We are looking for an Arborist Representative to join our team! Ideal candidates will be responsible for responding to inquiries for tree service work, generating proposals, and overseeing the completion of projects. This person may work on a crew, if needed, or during any slow periods. They will also be involved with industry specific training and safety throughout the year.

This is a full time position and requires on-call availability nights/weekends, when needed.

Essential functions include:

• Respond to inquiries for tree service projects and meet with clients as necessary to discuss the scope of work.
• Determine equipment needs and labor hours required. Develop proposals and distribute to client for signature; follow-up as necessary.
• Supervise work to be performed, ensuring jobs are completed based on the signed contract and to the client’s satisfaction.
• Attend regular scheduling meetings to establish and maintain adherence to the weekly production schedule.
• Prepare weekly updates to be sent to the organization's Accountability team.
• Set, review, and maintain monthly sales and revenue goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3 years industry-specific supervisory experience, ideal.
• Certified Arborist Certification is required within one year.
• Ability to identify trees, plants, diseases, and insects.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Possess a strong ability to multi-task and exercise efficiencies in time management.
• Possess superior interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and direct reports, and do so with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Beginner to intermediate skills with MS Word and Outlook.
• Prior CRM or Management experience, ideal.
• Possess and maintain a valid Michigan Driver's License. A CDL with Class A endorsement, preferred.
