Reporting to a Research Director, we are looking for a Research Scientist with a background in Chemical Engineering to join the Natural Ingredient Development group in our Science Technology (S T) center in Cincinnati, Ohio. This dedicated group of scientists develops manufacturing processes for flavor ingredients. We will look for you to provide technical direction for our related research activities. High specialty solutions and technologies to improve recipe performance and maximize consumer attractiveness.

You?

• Graduate level education (or MS with 5 years of industrial experience) in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering with extended experience in Ingredient Separation, Isolation and Purification process development and optimization
• Experience with sorption/desorption and crystallization unit operations.
• Experience in Basic Analytical Methods (GC, HPLC)
• Reportable achievements, up-to-date about the newest methods, techniques, and developments in area of expertise
• Project management skills
