General Summary:
A Construction Observer II usually has 5 plus years of similar experience, will provide field engineering and technical support services for ReadiTech Engineering Outside Plant Construction projects. A construction observer is a person, spending most of their time outside, watching and observing contractors placing facilities for Telecommunication Companies. Travel is required; however, all expenses are paid.

This position requires the individual work 40 hours per week with 10% of time spent in the office and 90% in the field during the construction season. Travel may be necessary dependent on the jobsite location.
