**Logistics Coordinator**

The Driveway Logistics Coordinator acts a liaison between the customer and stores and coordinates all aspects of the vehicle delivery. Successful individuals will demonstrate a strong customer focus, an ability to communicate across multiple departments and an aptitude for organization and strict attention to detail and timing.

The Driveway Logistics Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager.

**Responsibilities**

* Works with the store to pull Driveway vehicles from inventory

* Transfers inventory between dealerships if applicable

* Sets up long and short hall transport

* Coordinates with regional valets for vehicle staging and Last Mile delivery

* Works with third party vendors to coordinate Last mile delivery

* Ensures the vehicle is prepped and ready for delivery

* Coordinates delivery time and location with the customer

* Coordinates the pickup and distribution of trade vehicles

* Coordinates the return of a vehicle if applicable

**Skills and Qualifications**

* Previous experience in logistics management preferred

* Sense of urgency and strong attention to detail

* Excellent communication
