Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Station Manager to oversee the operations of our facility. We are the Service Provider for DHL Express. The Station Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the station, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation

- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment

- Communicate with our number 1 customer (DHL Express) in a professional and collaborative manner

- Maintain required image (fleet and uniforms) and order necessary supplies

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to promote a safe working environment

- Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall station performance

- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff members

Experience:

- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the logistics industry with a focus on managing routes for pickup and delivery

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Basic math skills for inventory management and financial reporting

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions under pressure

- Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance

- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,100.00 per week
