Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Diesel power vehicle mechanics and a passion for providing top-notch service. Responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles powered by Diesel engines from light to medium duty. Our customers bring us simple to head scratching repairs, never a dull moment to keep you engaged.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs.
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics of complex vehicle CAN systems, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Complete digital (no paper) service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding repair timelines and expectations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in diesel engine technology and repair techniques.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Diesel technician.
- Strong knowledge of Diesel engine systems and components.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- ASE certification preferred but not required.
-CDL License preferred but not required.
