JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Description Reporting directly into the Director of Business Intelligence, the Performance Analyst will work as an integral business partner to drive forward strategic initiatives, special projects, planning and performance (KPI) reporting for the brand. Responsibilities Provides detailed insights to Senior Leadership, based on KPIs and trends Responsible for regular cadence of KPI reporting and overall support to Operations, Marketing and Shared Service Partners Provides thought leadership, coordination, and integration of projects for Maaco® Become an SME for Maaco® business processes. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and propose solutions. Work with technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Demonstratable experience highlighting initiative and ability to drive execution and delivery on expected business results. Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Assist with team strategic planning and special projects, deliver recommendations. Guide the interpretation, use, and implication of analyses to improve business decisions. Manage risks and opportunities, communicating ongoing learnings (as a result of analytical projects) Ensure accuracy and integrity (quality, timeliness) of deliverables Provide insights/ helps create corrective action plans, guiding Operations in coaching, educating franchisees. Serve as a critical communication link between analysis and the support team to provide feedback on such areas as customer performance, issues, learning/observations/analysis, problems, and deliver recommended solutions. Assist with on-boarding of new Franchisees within the various portals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field 1-3 years Strategic Planning & Analysis experience Ability to critically think and work independently System Administration knowledge/experience preferred Highly proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Access, PPT) Business Intelligence Software Proficiency required, Basic Development experience preferred (Qlik , etc.) Business partner mindset and driven by results #LI-KD1 #LI-REMOTE #DBCORP #maaco
