• We will email the driver the releases to sign within an hour of speaking with the driver.
• Must get 2 personal references from the driver to put in the application.
• Night Shift Job. The start time can vary between 5pm and 11pm, and runs through the night.
• Some weeks the driver will be running solo, at $1350/week guarantee, and other weeks the driver may be running as a Team at $1550/week guarantee.
• No SAP violations, no DWI. MVR, background, and clearing house will be ran.

Position Details:

• Flex drivers must be willing to run both solo and team routes.
• Responsible for delivering aftermarket parts to Honda dealerships.
• Night routes may involve unlocking dealership gates/doors, unloading trailers, scanning new loads, picking up returns, and locking up the dealership.
• Maneuvering tractor-trailers in tight corridors in car lots, primarily in Chicago at night.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1700 - 0030
• Home time depends on the route, with guaranteed weekend home time.
• Freight Types: Touch freight - Automotive Parts (cages, totes, loose pieces)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 Months Class A Driving Experience
• Valid Medical Card & Class A CDL
• No SAP Violations, No DWI
• Comfortable with heavy hands-on unloading
• MVR, background, and clearing house will be ran

Benefits:

• New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 – paid in full on second paycheck
• Referral Bonus: $3,000 – Paid out at $1,000 on second paycheck; $1,000 at 60 days, and $1,000 at 120 days
• Accessorial Pay: Stop Pay, Delay Pay
• Equipment: Freightliner, Kenworth, 53' Dry Van, 53' Reefer

• Company and Trainees in Indianapolis and Birmingham, AL
• Monday - Wednesday
• $75/day
• Double occupancy (Private room available at driver's expense)
• Rental Car or Bus provided
