Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Class A Dedicated Truck Driver to join our team in Cookeville, TN. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate hiring.

Position Details:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,440
• Starting Pay: $0.55 per mile
• Average Miles Per Week: 2,400
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop (average of 8 stops per week)
• Additional Pay: Detention, breakdown, and layover pay available
• Per Diem Program: Company-sponsored
• Schedule: Home weekly (no set day, but typically in by Saturday)
• Home Time: 2 consecutive days prior to the next dispatch
• Equipment: Preloaded 53' trailer of tile product (dry van, flatbed, and Conestoga trailers)
• Deliveries: Various regions including the East Coast (occasional deliveries to Long Island)

Essential Functions:

• Load, unload, and move freight (lifting requirement: 80 lbs)
• Open/close trailer doors (force requirement: 46 lbs)
• Perform hook/unhook trailer duties (force requirement: 90 lbs)
• Complete pre-trip inspections and drive responsibly

Requirements:

• Must live within a 100-mile radius of Cookeville, TN
• 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years (including at least 6 months' OTR experience)
• Class A CDL license
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years or older
