Summary: 

This internship is ideal for college students studying Supply Chain, Statistics, or Business. This paid internship kicks off in early June and spans approximately 10 to 12 weeks. We expect a commitment of 25 to 30 hours per week minimum. Responsibilities include supporting the analytics team, encompassing tasks such as data validation and analysis, data entry, and project assistance. This role will provide a hybrid work environment with 2 days per week at our corporate office in Port Washington, NY. 

In this internship, you will:

• Aid the Supply Chain analytics team by conducting data analysis and validation.
• Support the Procurement and Planning teams by updating data entries, including price adjustments, information record updates, and project data retrieval.
• Assist in the updating and communication of daily and weekly Procurement, Inventory, and forecast reports as required.
• Collaborate with the DRP team to update metrics, generate ad-hoc reports, and perform additional data analytics as necessary.
• Work alongside the Analytics team to update tracking tools and reports.
• Contribute to special projects and engage in continuous improvement activities as needed.
• Participate actively in weekly team meetings and project reviews.
• Provide coverage for team members when required.

At a minimum, we would like you to have:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to organize and validate data outputs.
• Keen attention to detail and capability to learn how to navigate systems to acquire necessary data.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including knowledge and experience in its applications

In accordance with New York law, Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare provides a salary range in job advertisements. The hourly wage for this role ranges from $19.00 to $23.00. Actual wages may vary based on factors including the applicant’s experience, specialization, education, as well as the company’s requirements. Please note that the provided salary range excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be available to eligible applicants in accordance with company policies.
