Drive Hospitality is currently hiring Valet/Night Audit Ambassadors with open availability to service our prestigious Fera Hotel in Anaheim. 

Overnight and flexible schedule

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.

• Run morning reports according to Drive Hospitality procedures.

• Complete any reports as requested by management in a timely manner.

• Initiate and complete the End of Day process.

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner.

• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Drive Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the Location.

• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform when working.

• Comply at all times with Drive Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.

• Complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures daily.

• Run all reports as required for cars inventory, guests' names and rooms numbers, etc.

• Follow safety and emergency procedures according to Drive Hospitality standards.

• Maintain proper record according to Drive Hospitality standards.

• Be familiar with all Drive Hospitality's policies and house rules.

• Have a working knowledge of security procedures.

• Ensure associates are at all times attentive friendly helpful and courteous to all guest's managers and fellow associates.

• Perform any other duties as requested by Manager or any other member of management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in the country in which you are applying, 2-year minimum driving record required with a clean driving history, and ability to be insured.
• 21 years or older 
• Ability to communicate using professional language at all time.
• Demonstrate the ability to be a team player
• Proven track record of a great work ethic
• Customer service experience and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a standing position for hours at a time
• Ability To Lift Up Heavy Items Safely
• Accountability and personal integrity are essential as the nature of this position allows access to a clients personal and private information.
• Ability to multitask and tend to several customers at once
• Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission
• Organizational skills are necessary
