As a customer account manager, you’ll play a critical role in our success, working directly with our top customers to understand their changing needs and help us exceed their expectations.
You’ll serve as a liaison between operations, outside sales and our customers, and will be the primary point of contact for daily business, responsible for communicating throughout all aspects of the order process and on-going account management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
COMPETANCY:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of account management experience required. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
LANGUAGE ABILITY:
Demonstrate superior telephone skills. Must have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
MATH ABILITY:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Must be detailed oriented; a proven ability to assess needs, overcome objections and make decisions with little supervision. Possess excellent time management and organizations skills. Must be flexible in work assignments and work schedules and be able to work cooperatively as a team member and demonstrate respect and courtesy to all internal and external customers.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to learn to operate the computer systems used at Driv-Lok.

TRAVEL:
Work in office. Light travel between offices in Illinois and Wisconsin.
