Dript IV Therapy is an innovative Hydration Health company that provides IV Hydration and Micronutrient infusions to residents in long-term care facilities.

Dript IV is the 1st of its kind, adding a new level of clinical intervention for at-risk and frail patients to help improve their overall health, prevent dehydration and reduce unnecessary hospitalizations.

As an organization we contract with Nursing homes across the US to provide monthly IV clincs to their patients in their facilities. We staff highly-skilled infusions RNs that are deployed to the facilities to provide the IV Therapy infusions.

Beyond providing IV infusions, we provide a comprehensive clinical program focused on compliance support, assessment tools and dedicated Dript specialists AKA you, our account managers.

Our Regional Ops Managers is essentially a hybrid account mgmt Business development role, responsible for:

• Sales focused - onboarding long-term care facilties to our program and helping implement IV therapy.
• Building rapport with leadership and managing each account
• Coordinate clinic scheduling
• Site visits and supporting in Clinics
• Growing market share
• Improve clinic volume and program success
• supporting IV infusion nurses
• Physician engagement and relationship management

An ideal candidate will have experience in

• Sales
• Physician Mnagament
• Presenation Skills
• Long-term care industry (SNFs)
• Account management
• RN or LPN

The position requires travel to local facilities and new accounts.
