Position Summary / Purpose
Your main purpose is to make certain that customers are happy and satisfied with the job performed by our team at Dreyer's DKI, and to support the administrative functions in the office. This position is in charge of communicating with insurance companies when needed, sending damage reports, communicating and coordinating with our production team, answering all calls that come in for Dreyer’s DKI and Dreyer’s Carpet Care, setting up all jobs for Dreyer’s DKI and Dreyer’s Carpet Care, ensuring all information is up to date on all jobs, and more. You will work closely with customers and all members of the team to support policies and job functions that reinforce the core values and culture of the organization.

Being familiar with and utilizing Proven Jobs Software (PSA), Housecall Pro Software, QuickBooks, Google workspace platforms, Microsoft Office and BambooHR
