The Parts Counterperson is responsible for serving all parts orders for the service shop, retail customers and wholesale orders. Previous dealership experience is preferred, but not required.

This position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Taking and Processing parts orders, as well as ordering and distributing parts for customers and other staff members.
• Working with our service team to guarantee outstanding customer care through our service department.
• Arranging parts supply for pre-planned appointments.
• Arranging parts supply to meet the needs of our customers when their car is down and quickly in need of repair.
• Assisting Parts Manager in managing inventory levels and maintaining a good level of stock for parts needed.
• Assisting other parts team members to ensure our department runs well as a whole, and seamlessly helps ensure the best interests of our customers however they interact with us.

Qualifications and requirements

• Valid Divers US License.
• Able to be insured by our insurance.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Previous parts counter or dealership experience preferred, but not required.
