JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Drew Central School District has an opening for the position of Elementary School Principal. The elementary school consists of students in grades K – 4 with a pre-school for children ages 3 and 4. Our enrollment is approximately 500 students in K – 4 and 80 pre-k students. The selected candidate will lead and manage teachers and staff. The principal will be responsible for the administrative and academic leadership, operation and management of the school in terms of curriculum and instruction, human resources, facilities, programs, and other district duties as assigned. The principal will secure necessary substitutes for all school personnel and be responsible for all pupils during school hours.
