Your Role:

As an Experienced Fireplace Salesperson, you'll be guiding our customers through their journey to find the perfect fireplace solution.

Your industry knowledge and sales expertise will not only drive our sales but also ensure our clients receive the best advice and service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales initiatives, applying your deep understanding of fireplace products and their applications to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide expert consultations, leveraging your industry knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend tailored fireplace solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional follow-up and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to share insights, identify opportunities for cross-selling, and contribute to the overall growth of Dreifuss Fireplaces.
• Stay abreast of market trends, new products, and advancements in fireplace technology to maintain a competitive edge and offer the best solutions to our clients.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve your product knowledge and sales techniques.

Who You Are:

• You bring a proven track record in fireplace sales, with at least 3 years of experience in the industry.
• Your knowledge of fireplace products, including different types, brands, and installation processes, is top-notch.
• You're a natural at sales, with a knack for understanding customer needs and crafting compelling solutions.
• Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to engage effectively with both customers and team members.
• You're self-motivated, with the drive to pursue leads, close sales, and contribute to our team's success.
• You're willing to continuously learn and adapt, staying informed about the latest industry trends and products.
