DreamTek Custom Pools is Hiring a Swimming Pool Office Manager Near Magnolia, TX

DreamTek Custom Pools is a small business that builds, maintains, and repairs custom swimming pools. We are looking for someone that has the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks from invoicing, accounts receivable, customer phone calls to new construction scheduling. Must be able to work at a high pace and multi-task.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports administrative duties in support of the OWNER
  • Manages various weekly reports
  • Manage weekly/monthly billing for 400 pool clients
  • Manage Collections of all billing
  • Manages weekly schedules and reporting
  • Supports administrative duties for various departments
  • Assisting the owner with various organizational tasks (vehicle insurance, employee ID’s unexpired, registration etc.)
  • Manages Quickbooks
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors for new construction projects.
  • Handle customer service issues and coordinate technciians to locations to address those issues.
  • Permit filing

Skills:

  • Prior Pool experience is a plus
  • Quickbooks experience is required
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace and multi-task
  • Strong orginizational skills
  • Strong at using excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (Required)
  • QuickBooks: 4 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Magnolia, TX 77354 (Required)
