Hardscape Installer Wanted! This position is for landscape installation not landscape maintenance. This is a full-time position, 40 hours/week. 5 days a week for Fall and Winter, 4 tens for Spring and Summer. This crew is mostly North Seattle to Snohomish County and Eastside job locations.

That's right, Three day weekends in the summer!

Sign on Bonus paid after 90 days

Pay: $23-28 per hour DOE

Team members must be punctual, detail-oriented, take direction well, and have reliable transportation. This position requires working outdoors in inclement weather. Our team works together to achieve common goals in a fast paced environment.

Landscape Construction Crew Person duties include, but are not limited to:

• Digging and trenching
• Planting and transplanting
• Setting of flagstone & pavers
• Construction of rock and block walls
• Assist with sprinkler, drainage and lighting installation and repair
• Assist with installation of fences
• Operate various tools and equipment, including: heavy equipment, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.
• General lifting of 100lbs

Basic Requirements:

• LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION: At least 2 years Experience

- block and rock walls- paver and flagstone- irrigation and drainage- soil preparation and plant installation- machine operator for Skid Steer and Excavator a PLUS!

• Reliable transportation required (directly to the job sites).
• Must have a good attitude and work well with others.
• Must be personable and presentable since you will be working directly with customers.
• Must be willing to work hard at a steady pace doing physical work.
• Must have a valid drivers license and a decent driving record.
• Must be reliable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
