The job :

Working as part of our Retail team in our new store opening in Tamworth for 30 hours a week, you will be a vital part of the store s success.

We want every store visit to be exceptional for our customers, so you ll work closely with members of the public to understand their needs and advise them on high-value purchases.

Helping to make the store look its absolute best, from general housekeeping and cleaning to updating displays.

The Person :

• Communicator : Using your excellent communications skills, you ll be able to build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Motivated : Whilst no previous sales experience is necessary, you will need to have the determination and motivation to work towards KPIs and sales targets.
• Team player : Every dreamer plays a role in making our stores an enjoyable place to work, where each member of the team feels included and respected.
• Willing to learn : A great night s sleep is personal, so natural curiosity and willingness to learn will make you an excellent Bed Expert.
• Flexible : You ll need to be able to commit to working 30 hours per week. Our stores are awake 7 days a week, so this role will involve working weekends and bank holidays.
