Responsibilities:

•  Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and specific requirements.
• Design comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to each client’s needs, including accommodations, transportation, dining reservations, and activities.
•  Research and book accommodations that align with clients’ preferences, ensuring quality, comfort, and convenience.
• Arrange transportation services such as flights, car rentals, and transfers, considering schedule preferences and budget constraints.
• Offer ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout their travels, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.
• Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation to facilitate smooth travel arrangements.
• Manage clients’ travel budgets efficiently, optimizing expenses while delivering exceptional value and experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, and new hospitality offerings to continuously enhance service quality and offerings.
