Overview: We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and general labor tasks. Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed - Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment - Perform minor carpentry work such as trim installation and repairs - Utilize power tools for cutting, sanding, and shaping materials - Assist with masonry tasks including stucco application and repairs - Install fixtures and perform caulking as required - Work on frame carpentry projects when needed Qualifications: - Proven experience in painting and general labor tasks - Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques - Proficiency in using power tools for various tasks - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Knowledge of trim carpentry and frame carpentry is a plus - Experience with plastering, masonry, fixture installation, stucco work, and caulking is desirable Join our team and showcase your painting skills while contributing to various construction projects.
