Responsibilities that Await You:

• Enforce resort standards, policies, and procedures
• Manage internal auditing programs to safeguard assets and ensure policy compliance
• Communicate effectively with guests, management, and staff
• Motivate and maintain cohesion among assigned team members
• Identify and address staff training needs
• Establish and adhere to realistic work schedules
• Perform mathematical calculations required for work assignments
• Read and interpret documents, memos, safety rules, and manuals while maintaining accurate records

Qualifications:

• Proficient in reading and writing English; multilingual skills beneficial
• Three years of Janitorial or Housekeeping experience in a hotel/resort environment
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills demonstrated
• Knowledgeable in proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage, including burnishes and extractors
• Familiarity with chemical handling, MSDS Sheets, and OSHA regulations
• Ability to problem-solve and multi-task effectively under pressure with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and graveyard shifts
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and appearance in all situations
• Capable of standing, sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, bending, and kneeling for extended periods, with the ability to lift to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly
• Valid Oregon Driver's license with a clean driving record meets our company policy's motor vehicle operating standards.
• Applicants must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
• Ability to successfully pass a drug test.
