Position Summary: This is a new opportunity as the 2nd Shift Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our warehouse operations. From mentoring team members to ensuring orders are processed efficiently, your leadership will drive our success. You'll collaborate closely with the Warehouse Manager to maintain high standards and provide a cohesive, productive environment.

Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Shift Lead at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the pristine condition of our world-renowned golf courses.

• Lead the 2nd Shift team in pulling and staging orders, maintaining compliance with warehouse policies.
• Support daily tasks such as organization, paperwork, and stock rotation.
• Resolve issues and manage backorders effectively to minimize disruptions.
• Mentor team members, enhancing their skills and product knowledge.
• Work with the Warehouse Manager to schedule teams and allocate duties.
• Train new hires, ensuring they understand and follow established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Experience in a hotel/resort environment is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills.
• A valid Oregon Driver's license with a clean driving record meets our company policy's motor vehicle operating standards.
• Applicants must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
• Ability to successfully pass a drug test.

Physical Requirements:

• Continuous standing, sitting, walking, lifting, and bending.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs regularly.

Equipment Used:

• Office equipment (computers, printers, etc.).
• Ladders, pallet jacks, hand carts, etc.
