Cannabis Delivery Dispatcher Manager

Position Overview:

Yellow Dream Farm is a fully vertical state of the art 30,000 sq. ft. cultivation facility based in Adelanto, CA. Our ideal candidate will take pride in their ability to provide exceptional customer service while also assisting patients and customers navigate through order processing. We are currently seeking a self-motivated Delivery Dispatcher Manager who has the capability to recommend products to fit the customer’s needs and will join our growing TEAM at Yellow Dream Farm under the MyWeel delivery division. We are searching for an experienced manager with Delivery Management & Dispatch Experience

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Customer engagement, upselling our in-house brands
• Maintain full compliance with all Cannabis compliance laws and regulations
• Maintain highest professional and ethical standards
• Any other duties that may be assigned
• Set-up and process customer orders using POS and Routing applications, including but not limited to Meadow, OnFleet, and WeedMaps
• Provide front-line support for drivers who need assistance out on the field
• Ensure customers concerns/ and or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate customer requests and/or problems to manager when needed

Requirements:

· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Must have prior experience in Cannabis Delivery Dispatch

· Valid California Driver’s License

· Previous Cannabis experienced required

· Strong time management and customer service skills

· Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

· Strong work ethic

· Attention to Detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Cannabis Delivery: 1 Year (Required)
• Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cannabis Industry: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
