Order Processor with DRB (10:30am-7pm shift) $0.50 shift differential
DRB is a growing and vibrant software company in need of an Order Processor. DRB Systems (“DRB”) is the leading provider of technology-enabled devices and software solutions to the North American car wash industry. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to help our organization succeed. The Order Processor (OP) acts as an advisor with customers on Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) resolutions and takes orders of both aftermarket hardware and software. The OP is responsible for order entry, creation of RMAs when applicable, configuring and testing of hardware that is shipped to the customer. The OP also takes the role of an internal corporate liaison with aftermarket solutions. This position will work closely with the Service and Repair technicians and may be cross trained in specific technical functions in receiving and repairing equipment.
What will our Order Processor do?
• Handles inbound calls for orders and RMAs with the goal of quantity and quality of calls taken and the overall customer satisfaction
• Handles outbound calls regarding orders and RMAs
• Responsible for the accuracy of after-market sales and RMA orders
• Configuration and testing of equipment sent out through the aftermarket process.
• Assists Service Technicians on receipt and maintenance of loaner/swap equipment.
• Provides aftermarket order support to multiple departments within DRB Systems, including Marketing/Sales, Development and all of Operations
• Must demonstrate willingness to assist others on the AMS team and is able to work productively in an independent environment.
• Responsible for accuracy and shipment process of after-hours equipment orders.
• Verifies adequate supplies in setup station bins for evening/weekend staff.
• Maintains after-market sales open call queue.
• Prepares quotes for after-market hardware and software. Follow up or close within 30 days.
• Creates and maintains after-market order documentation on SharePoint.
• Participates in process improvements to decrease incoming calls, accuracy of order entry and customer satisfaction.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by Management.

The right candidate will have:
Education: Currently pursuing High School diploma or High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

Experience: Experience working with computer hardware and software. Customer service experience preferred. 

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft operating systems. Knowledge of computer hardware including network setups.

Other Requirements: Valid United States Driver’s License required. Aptitude for learning new software programs. Detailed orientated, ability to multi-task. Must be able to work 10am-7pm Monday thru Friday.
