Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Excellent communication skills

-Organizing and maintaining case files

-Maintaining records of incoming medical records/bills.

-Scheduling appointments, hearings and deadlines

-Requesting medical records/bills.

-Processing incoming mail, scanning and e-filing

-Preparing pleadings, discovery, motions in personal injury litigation

-Perform legal and factual research

-Organize exhibits, documents, evidence and briefs.

-Help with trial preparation including witness lists, exhibits and trial binders

Must be dependable, self motivated team player, proficient in word, with strong computer skills
