The Sr. Cloud Systems Engineer is an infrastructure engineer responsible for the design, deployment, operation and maintenance of public cloud solutions. In addition to Systems Administration skills required to provision, manage, monitor and decommission cloud services, this role requires knowledge and experience with technologies for automating provisioning and management of infrastructure in a distributed environment through scripting. The successful candidate is experienced in implementing and managing AWS, Azure or GCP workloads from the ground up and has solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux and Windows servers and end-points, storage, networking, virtualization and cloud technologies as well as orchestration and automation. The position requires an individual who has demonstrated technical leadership in a 500 user/VM/cloud environment.
This role is approved for 100% WFH, or hyrbid if desired, and requires the abiltty to commute to Cambridge, MA in a reasonable amount of time to participate in on-call rotation which may include nights, weekends and holidays.
