We are looking for a highly qualified engineer in the area of real-time safety-critical embedded software development. The candidate will support Draper in the development of next-generation resilient and fault tolerant software solutions. The candidate should have experience in developing application-level and platform-level software with a focus on guaranteed-availability and performance in resource constrained systems. Prior experience in developing avionics systems is a must. The candidate will support Draper's efforts in the development of mission-critical embedded system software for various industries.
The candidates activities will include full lifecycle software engineering, including requirements analysis, architectural & functional design, implementation, test, and integration of embedded software systems. The candidate should be familiar with developing in an agile environment with a test as you go attitude. He/she must be able to work closely with senior & junior hardware and software engineers as part of an integrated team.
