Draper Dermatology is a full-service Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology practice in South Jordan, Utah. Draper Dermatology offers a close-knit family culture with an opportunity for personal and professional growth. Our busy medical office is seeking a Medical Receptionist/Patient Experience Coordinator to help support our team. The ideal candidate is someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in the field of dermatology. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the patient experience process, from initial contact to post-visit follow-up, and will work closely with the medical staff to ensure that all patient needs are met. Medical Assisting a plus, cross training with Front Desk and Medical Assisting ideal. Experience preferred.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Uphold clinic values and caring standards
• Warmly greet patients
• Check patients in and out
• Patient registration, including entering and updating insurance information
• Answering and triaging patient phone calls
• Scheduling patients and managing waitlist
• Opening and closing down front office area
• Collecting co-pays and cosmetic service fees
• Managing and maintaining skin care product inventory; knowledge of the products we carry • Maintaining a clean and comfortable clinic environment
• Other duties/assignments as tasked
• Medical Assisting and Cross-training a plus.
