Accelerate Your Administrative Career in the Medical/Dental Field at Drake Precision Dental Laboratory

Operating similarly to a pharmacy, we fulfill custom prescriptions from dentists for their patients, crafting everything from crowns and dentures to nightguards at our full-service facility.

Join Our Client Services Team
As the initial point of contact for incoming cases, and the final step before delivery, our client services team plays a crucial role. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with receiving and disinfection of impressions from FedEx and local deliveries. Then organize and forward impressions with the dentist's prescription to the appropriate department.
  • The primary responsibility will be to accept finished work after the quality check is complete, and then finalize the case & prepare the invoice.
  • Assist in packaging and labeling of finished dental appliances for outgoing shipment.
  • Support client service operations by managing phone inquiries related to pickups and deliveries.

Candidate Profile:

  • Familiarity with dental restoration types and terminology is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Working Hours:

  • Standard hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Flexibility is required during peak periods to accommodate extended hours.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Full-time position with an hourly rate of $14 to $16 for someone with no dental laboratory knowledge. Higher compensation possible with relevant experience.
  • Benefits package includes subsidized medical insurance, optional dental and vision coverage, life insurance, legal aid, a ticket discount program, company-provided disability policies, and a 401(k) with a 50% match.
