Looking to hire Day Porter/ Maintenance personnel for a Property Management Company serving retail/ office buildings in Bethesda, MD. Regular hours M-F, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm. Must be dependable, fast-paced, motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. Must have a current valid driver's license and be willing to do a background check. Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. Ability to understand English. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the exterior of the property daily, providing clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times, and any other building operations as needed.

Qualifications:

- General maintenance/handyman experience

- Some knowledge of electrical repair, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting.

- Must have a valid Driver's License

-Must have reliable transportation

- Ability to respond to after-hour emergencies as needed.
