Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate of Dragonfly, it is your primary duty to build and maintain customer relationships through an exemplary customer service experience. We are looking for someone who is friendly, fun-loving, outgoing, quick to learn, and dependable.

What you'll do:

• Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly manner
• Assess each customer's needs to customize their guest experience
• Support the sales floor, fitting rooms, and check out as needed
• Assist in receiving and pushing product as it arrives

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working as a retail associate or in a similar role
• Ability to perform in fast paced environments
• Ability to use a cash register
• Basic math skills
• Strong people skills

Pay Range:

• $12 to $17 per hour, based upon experience

Shift Availability:

• Part-time (2 to 3 days per week)
• 10am to 6pm
• 12pm to 6pm
• Flexible

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
