**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Trimmer to join our team. Must have a valid MS Cannabis work permit as well as experience with trimming.The ideal candidate will have experience in a greenhouse or farm environment, possess mechanical knowledge, and be comfortable with heavy lifting. This position involves working with plants, utilizing hand tools, and assisting in various tasks related to plant maintenance and cultivation. **Responsibilities:** - Trim and prune plants according to specific guidelines - Irrigate plants as needed to ensure proper growth - Assist in garden maintenance tasks such as weeding and planting - Utilize hand tools for cutting and shaping plants - Collect data on plant growth and health for record-keeping purposes **Experience:** - Prior experience working in a greenhouse, farm, or similar environment is preferred - Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor - Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining equipment - Familiarity with basic math for measurements and data collection - Proficiency in using hand tools for trimming and pruning plants This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with plants in a dynamic environment.
