Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment
- Process customer payments using the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Engage with customers, answer questions about the menu, and provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar
- Assist with banquet or catering events as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
