- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status inquiries.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update contact information as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer complaints or escalations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
