Objective of job:

• Reviewing products and materials during manufacturing to ensure they meet company requirements. Identifying defects by visual inspection, measuring characteristics compared to their intended specifications, performing tests to physical checks, and maintaining complete and accurate production and quality records.

Principal activities:

• Providing disposition of finished products and discussing inspection results with the operations team.
• Removing and identifying products that do not meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve quality
• Ensuring product conformity through a process-oriented approach and conforming with all production and quality requirements
• Report the number of defective products manufactured, Document and report non-conformance and ensure continuous quality improvement
• Continuously inspect parts for defects or irregularities while producing and sort out defective parts.
• Maintain constant attention to detail, ensuring to meet daily production schedule and following the guidelines established in the work instructions.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of Manufacturing and Quality.
• MS Excel.
• IPST.
• Qsys.
• Product-specific inspection criteria.
