Dr. Virendra Agarwal M.D. is Hiring a Medical Office Manager Near Gainesville, TX

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Medical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. As the Medical Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, managing staff, and maintaining efficient patient care.

Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical office, including scheduling, billing, and patient flow
- Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and ensure timely delivery of services
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, and coordinate with vendors for procurement
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with insurance companies to verify coverage and process claims
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and advancements in medical technology

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical office management practices and procedures
- Proficiency in practice management software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or eClinicalWorks
- Experience with managing medical records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a team
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of managed care systems and insurance billing processes
- Previous experience in a veterinary or acute care hospital setting is a plus
