In this role, you will work alongside some of the best minds in the eye care industry, using state-of-the-art equipment and technology to provide top-notch patient care. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about delivering quality eye care services and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and service.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive eye exams, including visual field and retina tests.
Diagnose and treat various vision problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and presbyopia.
Provide specialized care for patients with eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.
Prescribe medications and corrective lens treatments such as glasses and contact lenses.
Educate patients on proper eye care and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for patients.

Requirements
Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution.
Active state optometry license in Indiana.
Knowledge of ocular diseases, disorders, and treatment options.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
